The world of nail technology and enhancements is a hugely popular part of the beauty industry, and a great career move if you are creative, artistic, and have an eye for detail.
If you are keen to work either for yourself or be employed in a salon as a nail technician, or want to progress onto further training in the beauty industry, then this course will cover all the basic knowledge and skills you need to know about nail technology, manicures, pedicures, nail art, caring for the natural nail, and nail enhancement (acrylics).
This course will also give you an insight into what life in the beauty industry is really like, while teaching you transferrable skills such as health and safety, and customer service.
This is a part-time course so it can be fitted in around your existing work, study, or family commitments.

What do you need to apply?
- 2 GCSE qualifications at grades A*-D or 9-3, including English Language
- Level 1 vocational qualification and a Level 1 English qualification

You will be assessed by a combination of practical assessments (performing treatments and techniques on clients) and course work.
